Camp Internship Training Ages 13-15
Interested in working with kids and playing all summer long but aren’t quite 16 yet? Our Camp Internship Leadership Training (CILT) program is just right for you!
Our CILT Program is designed to train and guide young leaders in instructing programs, breaking down lessons, leading games and gaining the technical and practical skills necessary to be an effective camp counselor and role model.

A 3-week minimum commitment is necessary to complete the program + 2 mandatory training days. Completion of the CILT Program includes a certificate, leadership skills, CPR & Concussion certification and a letter of recommendation.
​
Monarchs CILT program candidates will receive training in CPR / First Aid and Concussion, group leadership, problem solving, community involvement, communication, time management + practical and technical skills in running a camp group.
Camp Counselor Ages 16+
Do you love playing with kids? Perfect! We have the job for you. Monarchs is hiring outgoing and dynamic camp counselors who love kids and sports!
We want to train you to play with kids in a safe, exciting and dynamic atmosphere where you will learn how to be a leader, run activities on your own and get paid between $13.00 and $18.00 dollars an hour.
It’s not hard, it’s fun! Plus, we’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed.
